Frequently asked questions
How does a Frenchee lesson work?
Lessons take place via video call on Google Meet. You receive a connection link by email before each session. A lesson lasts 45 minutes; a group session can include two lessons (1.5 hours).
Can I change teachers?
Yes, you can change teachers at any time. If it's not the right fit with your first teacher, we'll suggest an alternative free of charge.
What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel or reschedule a lesson up to 24 hours in advance at no charge. Within 24 hours, the lesson is counted as used.
Are lessons suitable for children?
Yes! Our teacher Karen specialises in teaching children from age 8. Get in touch for more information.
Do you offer DELF/DALF exam preparation?
Absolutely. Several of our teachers are certified to prepare you for the official DELF and DALF exams, from A1 to C2.
Can I try before committing?
There's no time commitment: you book lessons individually or in packs, and you're free to decide whether to continue.
