Prices shown for your country of residence: local VAT included in the EU, tax-free elsewhere. The exact amount is confirmed at checkout; businesses with a valid EU VAT number benefit from the reverse charge.
Questions about pricing
Do prepaid lessons expire?
Yes, depending on the pack: 3 months for single lessons and the 5-pack, 6 months for the 10-pack, 12 months for the 20-pack. Validity is shown in your personal space.
Can I use my prepaid lessons with several teachers?
Yes — your prepaid lessons work with every teacher on the platform, at the same price.
What happens if I cancel a lesson?
Free cancellation or rescheduling up to 24 h before: the prepaid lesson is returned. Under 24 h, the lesson is deducted.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card payments via Stripe (secure), plus Apple Pay or Google Pay depending on your device.
Do you offer business pricing?
For team training, contact us: we'll work out the format, billing and follow-up together.
Is there any commitment?
None. No subscription, no auto-renewal: you buy prepaid lessons upfront, that's it.
