What if the group doesn't fill up?
The class is confirmed from 3 enrolments. Below that, the session may be cancelled: you are then refunded in full, and free to enrol in another session.
How do the sessions work?
By Google Meet video call. One link covers every session: it's emailed to you and stays in your account. All you need is a browser, a camera and a microphone.
What if I miss a session?
Your teacher writes a note after every session, which you'll find in your account. Once the cancellation window has passed, a missed session is still due: the programme works as a whole.
Can I cancel my enrolment?
Yes, with a full refund up to 24 hours before the first session. After that, the session is due.
Can I pay with my prepaid lessons?
No — group classes are paid by card. Your prepaid lessons stay reserved for private lessons.
